Actually, there is no specific concept which control human relationships, the behavior which along to happen now is accumulate of human behavior that constantly repeated in a long-term duration. If it could look closely, there is never have this behavior ratified by human whether it is right or wrong. The only truthfulness comes from God.
Likewise does the relationship between man and women, a song that created by Ismail Marzuki said, it is a fate that women are chattel of a man. Anciently it could be happened, the culture in that era taught women must obeying her husband, adding by exegesis from holy book that women are men’s lea. But along the time flies, the comprehension about that idea has been changed, triggered by women’s action initiated by RA Kartini, women starting to represent herself toward the world, equality of education between man and woman has slowly change paradigm that women deserves to get what they are dream as well.
Emancipation tends bring positive outcomes, women is more advance than the old one, and even at several situation, they more superior from a man, at several countries, women holds the highest position at government, one of Indonesia’s president are a woman. However, in some cases often discrepancy happened in applied of women’s emancipation. Women demand their rights to be equal with men, but in specific condition they often hide behind their weakness. While being debates and could not give worthy argument, they weep, make people around them to think how shameful a man makes the woman crying, in fact they talk at the same capacity. When a man and woman given a duty in same responsibility, the woman demands lower quantity in excuse that they are not the same strength as a man, because of that reason a man is worth to get higher quantity of responsibilities than a woman, in fact the job does not require high power to finish it.
The relation between women and men in this era tends to be changed, the comprehension which evolved nowadays is men seeking women waiting, what kind of self-esteem creates a women to think that they are good enough to be contested, they are not worth to seeking, they are worth to be pursued, they worth to be served, the fact now, men are chattel of women.
So now what is emancipation, if that thing only a reason for women to beat men without being defeated, demand superiority but take cover behind their weaknesses.
Indeed until this moment there is no regulation which control inter-relationship behavior between human, all now happen is just unwritten rules which based on general assumptions related with human’s interest. Uniformity of opinions does not mean real truthfulness, something that justified by people cannot defined as essential truth. Now it is your choices either to follow the truth which adopted by people comprehension or follow the truth which based on your belief of God
